Abstract		The article presents the way of documenting of nursing care, used by nurses and nursing aides on the admission and open ward of the Psychiatric Hospital. The forms for the documenting of the performed proceedings are attached.
Summary		V prispevku opisujem spremljajočo dokumentacijo zdravstvene nege, ki jo višje in srednje medicinske sestre uporabljamo na Psihiiatrični kliniki, na sprejemnih in odprtih oddelkih. Priloženi so formularji za dokumentiranje opravljanja zdravstvene nege.
