Abstract		With this article, I would like to emphasize the meaning of correct and timely immobilization. A lot of remedies must be known, their use and their specific advantages, that are very important when we choose these remedies. We can achieve this only with the continuity of education of the whole team, i.e. doctor, medical technician and driver. In this way, we can shorten the time of regulating the remedies and prevent the beginning of hypovolemic schock in injured persons.
