Abstract		Authors describe the importance of use the resuscitation handcart as a device, which allows a fast and effective access to resusctiation. The resuscitation devices and drugs on the handcart are prepared and easily accessible without loosing valuable time. Resuscitation handcart has to be checked every day. It is checked by a supervising nurse, which confirms it with her signature. The nurse checks daily the contents of the handcart, the drugs and the functioning of the devices. The resuscitation handcart has to be prepared for use on a well marked appointed place.
