Abstrakt		The main purpose of paper is to point out the present state of project Elements of Health Information System Uniformity and our expectations considering it from a Software House view. I think that report about the second phase of project is adequate and in my apinion some further steps should be made right away. First task to be done is to verify recommended solutions in wider professional groups. Second task which is even more important is to begin planing activities which are neccesary for implementation of elements of Health Information System Uniformity in real life. Multidisciplinar organs should be formed to make concrete plans. Software Houses expect documentation with exact definitions of what is to be changed and adapted, who the bearers and performers of these changes are and what is the schedule for them. We are willing to cooperate in preparing these plans. Standardization of software will be more and more difficult from month to month because of new independent-from-project software production which is in health service functions performers' interest.
