Abstract		The number of suicides in road traffic is ever growing. Pedestrians, as well as motorists are involved. Therefore, an autopsy should be performed even in cases, for which it is not proscribed by the Law. The presence of alcohol and other psychoactive substances should be determined, as well as other conditions, that could explain the circumstances of the accident.
