| Abstrakt | The article oulines the principles of pharmaceutical care as a novel phisophy of professional practice. The new role of the pharmacist as a part of the health care system is viewed as an expansion of his/her professional activities and concerns ranging from the pharmaeutical product toward the patient. By providing high quality drug information, developing the health promotion programs and by providing pharmaceutical services to specific patient groups, pharmacist can influence therapeutic and economic autcome of the drug treatment. The role of the pharmacists in health care system is therefore unique and irreplaceable. | |
