Abstract		This article intents to show the importance of using modern information technology in implementation and development of health information systems, especially at doctor's work. Doctor will use computer if he could take advantages of it. Software should provide speech interfacing and computer graphics in various applications and enable use of electronic mail, hand held computers, electronic data interchange,... We wish to enable doctor to work more efficiently with use of modern information technology.
