Abstrakt		Cost and income monitoring, based on cost centres, are actual for several years. Health care centres and hospitals did not implement the right solution for solving these problems. The situation is becoming worst because the incomes are relatively smaller every year. health care centres and hospitals are limited in influencing the amount of incomes. So the cost and income controlling is important way to improve the situation. Controlling system is very complex. Thus the computer support is necessary. The problems and possible solutions for controlling system in health care centre and hospitals are reviewed in the article.
