Abstract		In this paper we present the evolution of surgical tecniques and modern classifications of tympanoplasty. Tympanosplasty should specify the type of surgery, the osiculoplasty and the materials used for it, and the preservation of the external auditory meatus.
Summary		V članku sva predstavila zgodovinski razvoj in sodobno klasifikacijo timpanoplastik. Timpanoplastika naj natančno opredeli tip operacije, osikuplastiko in zanjo uporabljen material ter ohranjenosti zunanjega sluhovoda.
