Abstrakt		A proposal for the fonn and instructions for medical eaminations and taking of body fluid samples with the objective of establishing the condiGon of people who are under the influence of narcotics and psychoactive drugs is preserrted in the paper. It includes all elements of the well-known procedures for medical examinations in order to establish alcohol intoxication and should be used in all examinations for forensic purposes when a suspicion arises that the person in question is under the influence ot drugs and/or medicines, or a combination of akohol, drugs and/or medicines.
