Abstract		Duodenogastric bile reflux is associated with typical histopathological changes of gastric mucosa. Those changes are not specific because they are found also in relation with other irritants (alcohol, nonsteroid antirheumatics). Some authors think that the aetiology of duodenogastric reflux is the primary motorial dysfunction of the antroduodenal region. Prokinetics have significant advantage in the treatment of duodenogastric reflux.
