Abstrakt		Human efficiency depends on one's own availability. In activities where environment and the health of people are at risk, the governament urged programmes for availability assurance. Experience show that there is much less abuse of psychoactive substances as well as less accidents self-estimation of one; own availability and feeling is considered to be a subjective method based on five-level scale. This ability to be aware of one' own five-level scale. This ability to be aware of one' own availability and feelings helps the foreman to know better his team, and on the other hands workers have a chance to call attention to their non-avail-ability.
