Abstrakt     The content of an expert opinion is basically determined by Article 264 of the Law on Criminal Procedure. An expert opinion must always contain a description of physical injuries, the severity and nature of the physical injuries, the manner of infliction of the physical injuries and the effect of the physical injuries on the injured party's health. It can also be appropriately expanded with regard to the issues which are relevant to solving the case. An expert opinion should be given in written form and should encompass an introduction with general principles, the opinion, a diagnosis of physical injuries and an explanation including data on the event.
