Abstrakt     The classifications of physical injuries in accordance with the Criminal Codes of Germany, Austria and Slovenia are very different. Articles 133, 134 and 135 of the Criminal Code of Slovenia classify minor, serious and very serious physical injuries, while the other two countries mentioned have a much greater and substantially more detailed classification. The article puts special emphasis on what should be changed in possible new criminal legislation in order to bring it closer to the German and Austrian classifications of physical injuries. In comparing these three countries, the author wished to stress the common sources for assessing physical injuries, that is the CCC and the CCT, while the differences appearing today occurred mainly due to a gradual classification of physical injuries in the criminal codes of Germany and Austria, while the Slovene theory in this area remained substantially less developed and complex.
