Abstract     The work, that is performed in the prehospital units of Emergency medical care couldn't be done without well organised team work. People that work together must know each other, they should know, what they can expect from each other and it's esential that they trust one another. Everyone should be aware who the person in charge is. The best man to do this is experienced doctor, who takes responsability, but each man in team should contribute to a succesfull intervention: not just by helping, but also through his initiative and ideas. The action must run smoothly and be well organised from the first call till the emergency room in the hospital. Improvisation is normal part of the job, but is hould be reduced to a minimum. The realisation of this goal is possible only through permanent education of whole teams, which is regretably not performed organised enough.
