Abstract		We report a cae of a 59-year old previously healthy patient, who suddenly collapsed in the office. His co-workers, mostly dotors, notified the emergency team and started basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The emergency team arrived with-in 5 minutes and continued with advanced cardiac life support. After reestablishement of spontaneous circulation the patient was transported to the Emergency department and admitted to the Center for intensive internal medicine. Due to acute myocardial infarction, primary PTCA was immediately performed. Within the next 24 hours the patient regained consciousness. He was discharged from the hospital on day 12 in a good health.
