Abstrakt		Many conscious patients in intensive care unit are intubated. it is therefore a challange for medical personnel to established an appropriate communication with these patients. Such communication is essential to get an information regarding the needs and possible complains of the patient. Only this provides a basis for thrust and cooperation between the patient and medical personnel.
