Abstrakt		We found a significant proportion of Y chromosome mutations in sterile medn (8,9%) in our study and we would strongly advocate Y-DNA testing and genetic counselling before starting assisted reproductive procedures. Our results imply the importance of cytogenetic and molecular-genetic techniues in the clinical evaluation of sterile men.
