Abstract		We present a patient with acute myocardial infarction, by whom recurred attacks of ventricular fibrillation 15 days after the infarction appeared. All attacks had to be terminated be terminated by defibrillation. Various antiarrhythemic drugs were ineffective in preventing recurrent ventricular fibrillation, but the attacks ceased after coronary artery bypass grafting.
Summary		Predstavljamo bolnika, pri katerem je 15 dni po akutnem srčnomišičnem infarktu prišlo do številnih napadov fibrilacije prekatov. Vse napade je bilo treba prekiniti z električnim tokom. Z različnimi antiaritmiki napadov fibrilacije nismo uspeli preprečiti, prenehali pa so po operativni premostitvi zamašenih in zoženih venčnih arterij.
