Abstract		Ide-reactions are skin manifestations ocurring during bacterial mycotic and viral diseases. They appear as a results of hyperergic reaction to absorbed, secondarily developed antigens originating from a primary focus. Aetiopathogenesis, clinical picture, differential diagnosis and therapy of these exanthems are presented.
