Abstrakt		In this article the methods of prophylactic work and health educational programme with children having atopic dermatitis are described. The ethiology and clinical picture of disease are described in short. Exogenetic factors, releasing or exacerbating the disease, are specially emphasized. General discussionis given about the health education, prophylactic measures and aims of the health education. At the end suggestions for patients and their parents age given, particularly when and why the health education is necessary.
