Abstract		The article gives an overview of legal and administrative regulations currently in use in the Republic of Slovenia. Given a shortb, commented excerpt from Slovenian IUS (legislation) Register With focus on terms "chemisation" of the environment and nature. this contribution is not containing other issues of "chemisation", used in all segments of our life, for example health, pharmacy, food technology, veterinary medicine... Detailed legislation and administrative performs form term "radioactivity" and radionuclids are not included in this article / they are arranged with other legislation acts (this data are on:http//www.sigov.si/cgi/bin/spl/arao).
