Abstract		The author speaks in favor of the enactment of the Law on the Hygienic Inspection which is supposed to define and to supervise the excessive disturbance and in favor of the law on the environment and Location Inspection which reveals the sources of the pollution. The enactment of the respective lagislation is fully justified and so it is the need for a special coordination body which would annually estimate the state of the pollution with the hazardous wastes and how the implementation of the imposee measures is efficient.
