Abstrakt     This paper summarizes our approach to continous neuromonitoring in the operating room (OR) and the intensive care unit (ICU). ALL things considered, neuromonitoring consists of extracting neurophysiological parameters reflecting neurological function and decoding these parameters into a message readily interpretableby the receiver (usually, the surgeon, the intensivist or the anesthesiologist). This can be achieved in 3 steps : the extaction of neurophysiological features, the recognition of neurophysiological patterns, and the clinical integration of these patterns.
