| Abstrakt | In work places where there are psychic aggravating circumstances and stress it is impossible to measure these circumstances with the classical workplace analysis. It is necessary, therefore, to develop methods which are useful in such new situations. For this purpose, the method of self evaluation and the mathematical model of the connection between self evaluation and efficiency in basic and additional work have been developed. The self evaluation method measures the actual availability. The results obtained in this way depend on potential availability, The actual availability determines the level of efficiency. A stable efficiency is a goal a manager of every system, a doctor or a programmer wishes to reach. | |
