Abstract     In the cell cycle of a eukaritone, the chromosomes double and then distribute themselves into two daughter cells. The daughter cells inherit full and unchanged genetic information as the cell cycle is a controlled process. Usually it comes to a stop if there has been mistake. Only in some cases do the cells evade this supervision, allowing the cycle to continue. This may cause numerous cell divisions and cancer formation.
