Abstract		Background. Two patients with clinical and laboratory criteria for antiphospholipid syndrome are presented. In the first case we have classified the patient into the primary group of antiphospholipid syndrome, and in the second case into the alloimmune group of antiphospholipid syndrome. Conclusions. We have emphasized the importance of recognition of antiphospholipid syndrome in order to start a proper anticoagulation therapy.
Summary		Izhodišča. Prikazana sta dva bolnika s kliničnimi in laboratorijskimi kriteriji za diagnozo antifosfolipidnega sindroma. V prvem primeru smo ga opredelili za primarnega in v drugem primeru za zelo verjetno aloimunsko obliko antifosfolipidnega sindroma. Zaključki. Poudarjena je pomembnost prepoznavanja antifosfolipidnega sindroma zaradi ustreznega antikoagulantnega zdravljenja.
