Abstrakt		The article deals with technical aids and technological solutions for persons with the moving handicap patients. The first thing discused is the importance of tecnical aids in rehabilitation of patients, than it precisely describes the procedure of prescribin the technical aids and numbers the categories of rehabilitation aids. It specially stresses the three categories of rehabilitation aids; aids for environmental control, aids for computer control, aids for car driving; since the aids from these three categories enable patients with the most serious physical disabilities a high level of independent living and a better quality of life.
