Abstrakt		The authoress in her article presents the influence of the team work on a state of health of charges. Members of the team help and support the aged man to accept the life in bounds of his own capabilities and they stimulate his in his independance, improvement of health, happiness and feeling. The harmony between workers and aged people depends on a sense for human relations, attention for other people, understanding of his condition and needs. That is possible only with intelligent and social organizired selfcontrol of ehaviour and treatment. Home for aged people is instituition in which some of aged people spend the last period of their lifes. They can accept that period of life as a big burden or as the best solution for their life situation. On the aged man alone, his relatives, friends and also on members of the team depends whether the home for aged people will become only institution for him or his third home.
