Abstract		The laproscopic inguinal hernia repairs are becoming a more widely available laternative in last ten years. The complications associated with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair are more common like with other surgical techniques which are in use for hernia repair. We know intraoperative and postoperative complications. In the article all possible complications are enumerated and their frequency and treatment is dscussed. In conclusion we canfind out that laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy is a well established method of treatment which is associated with numerous complications. No operation is free of complications. According complications associated with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair numerous questions are arising and it with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair numerous questions are arising and it will take more time for these questions to be answered. In the meantime, it behooves us all to do the hernia repair of choice in the safest manner possible.
