Abstrakt		The tune up of the speech processor in young children requires a very close cooperation between pedagoues and technicians. Especially in the first fitting we have to work very carefully. Additional problems may occur if a child is multi-handicapped or if the cochlea is malformed or obliterated. The methods to be used are quite similar to normal auditorial measurement.
