Abstract     Because of the reductions of emergency teams and rise in number of patients visiting emergency medical service, there is less and less time for the satisfacotry talk with patient although this is the key to the patients satisfaction with medical procedures. Adequate patient-medical staff relationship and limiting of the unnecesary visits to the emergency departments are - beside the professionally spotless treatment-basics for the succesful work. Some of the facts and ideas how to achieve this are listed below.
