Abstract		The author analyzes the sutiation of disabled youth (aged 15 to 24 years) in search of employment in the Slovenian work market. The presentation of the basic quantitative data is followed by a detailed list of available orientations for training and employment - again with emphasis on disabled youth - included in the sterting points of the national programme. The article ends with the recommendations which should be considered by the professionals and everybody else involved in the field of integration of disabled youth into the working world.
