Abstract		The article describes general characteristics of the rheumatic diseases, defines the disease problems and aims of the treatment. It describes the procedure of different phases of occupational therapy where the motor functions of rheumatic patients are tested, together with the results of specimen group and evaluation of occupational therapy.
