Abstract		Problem caused by pain frustrating for the patients, that's why we should involve them in the occupational therapy as soon as possible and teach them how to live after damage. We advise them all the necessary device for activity of daily living and movement. We teach the patient how to use those devices, so that he or she will get more independent in activities of daily living. Very important task of occupational therapist is to cooperate with the patients relatives. We should teach them to help the patient, not to do things insted of him or her.
