Abstract     Every child is unique and needs individual approach. The occupational therapist role is improving the quality of life in the children with special needs is reflecting in daily activities, suchas feeding, dressing, nursing, playing, taking rest. Team approach is very important for child's life, assuring the handing in all his or her's activities. As the concidition of every special child is improving, so is affecting upon the therapists and other team group members because the quality of life has the circle function.
