Abstrakt		The article presents the endeavours of the broader European environment for quality recurrent education and training. Findings of the experts are given as to what is the position of Slovenian within the European community with regard to the present state of affairs. Efforts and activities of the Chamber of Physiotherapists of Slovenia for quality training of physiotherapists from its founding till today are presented and guidelines for future work are suggested.
