Abstract     The quality of both services and products is an essential requirement for long-term success of production organizations and service organizations, A key to success is the interconnectedness of strategies, organizational, technical and man-oriented measures of quality management. In order to achieve quality of their work. It is necessary to build corporate culture, quality being one of its basic values. There are no simple and standard principles of how to introduce quality into health organization as well as how the quality these organizations should be developed. With my article I would like to present two most important aspects of a successful quality strategy, and the development of both the quality culture as well as good working relationships.
