Abstrakt		In the article the author is presented two example of letter of dismissal for traumatological patients issued by physioterapists. The need of comunication on the level of the physioterapists is conditionet based the folowing elements: 1. Evaluationed of our work in the early rehabilitation period, 2. The status of the patients at the time of dismissal, 3. Direct communication between the physioterapists, 4. The want of previous informations, 5. Easyer work in the lather phases of physical rehabilitation. With this article the author intends to presuade the coleques of the imporatand of letter of dismissal. They do not mean superslous administration, but necessary way of communication. Without the correct noting and evaluating of our work in the different phases of physical therapy, the author can not imaging the rice of quality of our work.
