Abstract		The article presents the important part of a mentor's work with a less experienced person (a trainee), as well as his/her participating in medical teams. The author emphasizes low articles, mentor's role and mentor's goals. One of these goals is succession the team work. This goal can be realized though the theoretical elaboration of some themes: - the definition, - the structure of the team, - the subject of the team, - the teams goals and the role of physiotherapist in medical team. Sincere and reflecting communication is important for successful team work. The successful work in medical team is, at the same time, one of the guidelined for better quality of work in physiotherapy.
