Abstrakt		In her article the author presents the programme for the probationership to be performed by the probationer in a private physiotherapeutic practice. The emphasis lies on a quality mentorship and a well organized mentor network. The quantity of the given and acquired knowledge depends on a good preparation and application of corresponding didactic measures (methods, meand and didactic principles), therefore it is necessary for a mentor to be aquainted with the teaching technologies. The essential element of the activities, dealing with personnel matters, is the preparation and qualification of staff for a permanent modification of themselves and for a rapid responding to changes and challenges of the environment. The author anticipates that by a quality probationership programme we will approach the development conception in the developed countries and thus raise the quality of work in the psychotherapy.
