Abstract		In the text, the authors are dealing with the procedures and methods of physical rehabilitation of the patients with heart and blood vessel diseases in the Health Resort Šmarješke Toplice. By the success indicators, criteria and standards, the authors are trying to introduce their success in treatment at certain time period and evaluate the quality of care for the cardiovascular patients. Here, it is emphasized the total initial rehabilitation, continuous, individually addapted and conducted by the team also including some psychological profiles. By this rehabilitation an attempts is made to influence on the improvement of a patients physical and psychic feeling.
