Abstract		Problems correlated with womens menopausal period have somatic and psychical origin. Working with patients, I have come to conclusion that the only effective treatment would be some kind of holistic approach that does not separate somatic from psychical. The group I have formed perfectly accepted the adapted program of excersises including basic elements of kinesiotherapy and yoga.
