Abstract     Fatigue at work of highest intensity is being most often connected with energy supplies in the body. The amounst of ATP and CP (creatine phosphate) are sufficied only for a few seconds of maximum intensity work. Much less attention is paid to the problem of better use of these supplies and thus to increase the duration of such work. However, the limited sources of energy are not the only factor that causes fatigue at this kind of work. Fatigue can also be caused by the disturbance in the transmission of action potentials in a muscle. Fatigue can also be closely connected with exercise that should always be oriented to a proper aim.
