Abstrakt		Owing to hemorrhages which menace the patient, thrombocytopenia belongs among urgent conditions in internal medicine. The presented case of our female patient points out the possible etiologic factors, differential diagnostic procedures and contemplations as well as the types of treatment. Treatment was determined on the basis of normal findings of bone marrow, red and white blood count negative immunologic testing in the sense of systemic disease, as a result of the effect of drugs, which is confirmed by the success of treatment.
