Abstract		The final part of patient's assessment is concluded with nursing diagnosis as the most important part of the process method. Definition, diagnostic process, directions for the formulation of nursing diagnoses, the assessment of priorities and some cases of the nursing care of a client with diabetes are presented.
Summary		Ocena stanja v procesni metodi se zaključi z ugotovitvijo negovalne diagnoze, ki je najpomembnejši del v procesni metodi. Predstavljena je definicija, diagnosticiranje, smernice za izražanje negovalnih diagnoz, določanje prioritete med njimi in nekaj primerov s področja zdravstvene nege varovanca, ki ima sladkorno bolezen.
