Abstract		The author present the interaction between patient/client and nursing technician upon admission to health center, as well as the significance of communication upon the first contact. Standards for admission of a patient/client to a health center is explained. The application of the results in practice can be very useful.
Summary		Avtorica prikazuje interakcijo med bolnikom oziroma varovancem in zdravstvenim tehnikom ob sprejemu v splošno ambulanto. Predstavljen je pomen komunikacije ob prvem stiku in na koncu, izdelan je standard za sprejem bolnika oziroma varovanca v splošno ambulanto. Rezultati so aplikativne narave in se lahko uporabljajo za izboljšanje stanja v praksi zdravstvene nege.
