Abstrakt		The case of a 22 year-old male, injured in a car accident, whose general condition has been improving since arival of EMS crew to the scene until arrival to hospital, but a few minutes after arrival in hospital rapidly deteriorated because of acute pulmonary oedema, the cause of which was then unknown. After a few days of respiratory and cardiovascular support the patient's condition improved and he was discarged from hospital 16 days after admission.
