Abstract		The following article gives the information about the role of risk management and presents the most often incidents at work. The ways of preventing incidents are shown, especially positive relation to work (and life in general), high professional knowledge and work experiences of nurses and medical technicians. The need for unified document of registration events (incident report form) is assigned and key behaviours for handling complains.
