Abstract		We are presenting an expert model based on self estimations of human actual availability. Actual availability data were collected by special questionnaire. Actual availability and human performance were collected in the field study during the day and during the night shift four times per day. Expert model connects actual availability data with performance data. Presented model should be a tool for prediction of human behaviour, evaluation of humanisation measures and evaluation of implementation in total quality activities.
